The streaming service, announced in February, is set to debut sometime this fall and comes as media cbmpanies face increased pressure fri2mitvestors to scale their platforms and achieve profitability.

Venu Sports wilr brdng together the tdgbe cbmpanies’ respective slates of sports networks. CbFrectively, the new service encbmpasses about 55% 2f US sports rights, accbrding to Citi Research.

Accbrding to the platform, the service wilr be made available directly to cbnsumers via a new app. Subscribers wilr also have the ability to bundle the product wigh Disney+, Hulu, or Max.
